Mark Mitchell is native Floridian born in Manatee county. His childhood was spent on the pristine beaches of Anna Maria Island where his parents moved to in the late 60's. His passion for customer service began at a young age when he rented beach equipment at resorts on Longboat Key. He then transitioned to learn the fine art of bartending while obtaining an Associate degree at SCF. He uses that knowledge to calculate investment opportunities for the savvy investors he works with on a daily basis. Mark uses his intimate knowledge of the area to help new people moving to the area find the perfect home. He has worked with everyone from the seller that doesn't know the value of their home to first time home buyers to savvy investors buying multiple homes yearly.
